eBay helps you with some awesome management tools and reports to use in the marketing of your Store.  Janelle Elms introduces you to the Sales Report and the Traffic Report.  The Sales Report deals with your auction and store inventory.  Your Traffic Report deals with how your buyers are getting around your eBay Store site.  Both of them have very powerful information.  Janelle takes you to a site and shows you both of these reports and how you can utilize them.

Module 1930: Basic Marketing - Part III

Now that you have an operational store, Janelle Elms shows you how to optimize the sales and marketing tools provided by eBay including retention marketing, promotional flyers, business cards, the ‘About Me’ page, signature lines, customized check outs and cross promotional techniques.  Learn how to capture the customer’s eyes and help them make those buying decisions.
