Shipping and Sales Tax

If you select the CD versions of the VLS Courses you need, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground Service from the manufacturer's warehouse within two to three business days. (See: more information below, in the FAQ).

We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Georgia, US only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Georgia, US.

How can you offer such low prices?

The goal of Visicon Visual Learning Systems and our Expert Content Providers is to encourage the growth of a much larger community of successful eCommerce business owners. On VLS' website and on those of our Content Providers, you will find links to many FREE resources. Experience and Know How is gained at a cost. The content in VLS modules will help save you time and a lot of frustration, and should help you achieve better results quicker. This comes at a cost. VLS must pay our costs of development and reward our Expert Content Providers for their know-how. On a 'cost-per-module' basis, our prices are extremely low. For example: an eight module course priced at $79.99 translates into less than $10 per module. We plan to make our money by encouraging thousands of people to benefit from our Experts' know how. So please tell your friends about the courses available.

How "up to date" are your courses and modules?

We update our site with the latest versions of our products as soon as we can complete the editing and repackaging of the Content. For example, the websites shown in our modules should be the same as those you experience when you visit those sites on the web. If you find any that are not current, ahead of our own surveys, please drop us a line at: help@visuallearningsystems.com.

What about shipping costs for requested CDs?

Shipping costs are based on the costs charged to us by the shipper (shipping & handling) to deliver the product directly to you from their warehouse. All products are shipped via UPS Ground.

What type of Internet connection is required?

A Broadband internet connection is required to view the online version successfully. If you have a dial up connection, we strongly recommend that you purchase the CD version.

What are the system requirements for my computer and operating system?

We recommend the following:

When should I expect delivery of CD-based orders?

Virtually all our products leave the shipper by the second business day after you order. Many times it's faster than that. During heavy shopping seasons, it may take up to three days to leave the warehouse. After the product leaves the warehouse, standard UPS Ground shipping times apply. This depends on your location and the volume being handled by UPS at the time. This is typically from three to seven business days within the USA, longer for international shipments.

What about overnight delivery?

Overnight and second and third day shipping is available for an additional shipping charge. Please bear in mind that it may take a day or two for the manufacturer to ship the products from the warehouse in the first place. What if I want to return something?

We understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase, whether in a physical store or online. You can return any item for any reason for a refund within 10 days of purchase. Returns must be in salable condition, with ALL original materials and packing. We must charge a restocking fee (since the manufacturers charge us this fee), and the customer is responsible for return shipping. (Please note...we do NOT resell returned merchandise here on our web site). Simply email us at return@visuallearningsystems.com to receive an RMA number and return address.

How safe is my credit card information?

When you buy from visuallearningsystems.com, your credit card purchase is processed in real time through secure eCommerce servers. Then your order is encrypted with PGP before being sent to visuallearningsystems.com. Your card couldn't be safer!
