3. Visual Learning Systems performs Due Diligence on each Content Provider to confirm their prior record of success on the Internet and their status as a recognized Internet Expert prior to contracting with them to provide and package their expertise.
4. Visual Learning Systems guarantees to make enhancements to the VLS Course Content to keep it current with changes on the Internet and changes in eCommerce practices. Following notification to VLS, VLS will make suitable arrangements with the relevant Content Provider to update and repackage their content.
